Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would love to exchange or refund the product, but please make sure you meet the following terms and conditions:
Returns & Exchanges can be done within 5 days from the date of delivery.
The returned product should be in its original packaging with the receipt intact.
The product should be in its new original state.
Customers are allowed to review their order with the courier upon delivery. If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it immediately with the same courier at the time of delivery. For discounted or sale items, returns or exchanges after delivery will only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or if the item received does not match the order.
We have the right to decline a refund request if the product is used, damaged, or soiled, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. This does not apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, and refunds for COD are subject to availability.

Once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges for sale/final sale items will not be accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
Return/Exchange procedure:

A courier will be sent to pick up the returned product within 3 to 5 working days.
In the case of an exchange, we send the courier to pick the item first, then we can refund the product amount to your original method of payment.
In the case of a refund, once we receive the item in our warehouse and ensure that it is unworn and in its original state, we will issue a full refund excluding all delivery charges.
The refund procedure takes 7 to 10 working days to be completed. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Our working hours are 10 AM to 7 PM from Saturday to Thursday.
Important Notes:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
A 25 EGP handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
