Altro Shipping Policy

At Altro, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days maximum from the date the order is confirmed.

Customers may choose the most suitable delivery time for them, and we will do our best to arrange delivery accordingly with the courier.

From time to time, Altro may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping can only be redeemed if the customer accepts and receives the order.

If the customer refuses the order or does not receive it after it has been shipped, the customer will be required to pay the shipping fees only.

If the customer wishes to exchange a product within 24 hours of receiving the order, exchange fees will apply and must be paid by the customer.
